• develop and detail plans and elevations
• select and procure all decorative construction elements: plumbing, tile, and lighting
• design and fabricate all millwork and custom furniture
• select and procure all furniture and furnishings
• select all wall finishes
• schedule and manage all vendors and subcontractors
