Phase 01: Design & Planning
Every project starts with listen. Listening to understand the visions for the space as well as the needs and constraints whose intersection provides the opportunity for the effort. Through this conversation, thinking and designs are developed and the spaces come to life.

Phase 02: Procurement & Curation
Once the vision is set, logistics become the focus. From understanding lead times to scheduling vendors and subcontractors, here we develop the projects schedule and program.

Phase 03: Execution & Installation
The transformation happens here. With a deep understanding of how every piece fits together, we oversee this crucial phase of the process—choreographing the moving parts, resolving technical questions, and seeing the project through to completion
